Vehicle Availability

All vehicles are subject to availability at the time of purchase. Prices, specifications, and vehicle listings may change without notice.

Deposits and Payments

A deposit may be required to secure your vehicle. All payments must be made in full before vehicle delivery or pick-up. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Vehicle Inspections and Condition

Customers are encouraged to inspect vehicles before finalizing the purchase. DPM ensures vehicles are sold in the condition disclosed at the time of sale.

Delivery and Transport

DPM provides vehicle transport services upon request. Delivery timelines depend on the destination and logistics. Any delivery-related issues must be reported immediately to ensure proper resolution.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in cases where DPM cannot fulfill the order or if a significant issue is discovered before delivery.

Trade-Ins

Trade-in offers are subject to vehicle condition and market value assessments. Final trade-in value will be determined upon vehicle inspection.

Remote Purchasing

DPM offers remote purchasing services. All remote transactions will be conducted with clear communication and transparency to ensure customer satisfaction.

Privacy Policy

Any personal information shared with DPM will be protected in accordance with our privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably through communication. If unresolved, the matter may be referred to legal arbitration.
